Responsible for driving the execution of payment innovation strategies through the management of multiple PCP centric Value Based Care Alternative Payment Models across all lines of business and enterprise markets .
Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Provides oversight as the business lead for payment innovation strategies.
Directsand reports on status of key deliverables, milestones, and dependencies .
Establishes program strategies and processes for issue escalation, develops program budget, and ensures programs meet their stated objectives .
Identifies key operational processes required to support implementation.
Develops mitigation plans to address barriers and challenges.
Translates complex information and coordinates the communication and implementation of key decisions and accomplishments.
Directs the analysis, synthesis, and development of complementary programs and initiatives.
Partners with business leaders to develop and update an integrated roadmap of aligned strategies.
Identifies transformation activities required to enhance the delivery and execution of Anthem’s Value Based Care portfolio .
Provides leadership to other program directors and program managers.
Requires a BA/BS in a related field; 6+ years of experience working with executive level staff with broad & deep understanding of the health care industry, strategic planning and project management; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
MBA or MHA degree preferred.
Experience with Value Based Care alternative payment models preferred.
Experienceleading/directing programs/projects across multiple business units preferred.
