Health Screener Part-time at our Salem Hospital

What You Will Do

Assist with conducting community health screenings and educational programs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide education and community resource referrals to patients and caregivers.

• Perform routine health screening tests.

• Refer patients with abnormal findings to appropriate members of the primary healthcare team.

• Prepare program materials according to predetermined guidelines.

• Track and submit monthly public education and outreach activities to stakeholders.

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Medical Assistant or Phlebotomy Tech preferred

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required.
