Reid Health Surgery Coordinator in Richmond, Indiana
Surgery coordinator position is responsible for the scheduling of all ENT office procedures and surgery cases. This position would also maintain the provider surgery schedule, including blocking schedule for procedure time by coordinating with provider, patient, and Surgery.

Enters surgery case request including CPT code(s)
Enters the prior authorization confirmation information
Scheduling of pre-admission testing.
Scheduling of post-operative visits.
Maintenance of the providers surgery schedules including blocking time for procedures.
Schedule all ENT in office procedures and surgeries by coordinating schedules with providers, patients, and ROSE.
Complete Surgery Checklist
Request medical clearance when appropriate
Send patient education for post procedures
Answering patient calls with questions regarding surgery and providing appropriate resources
Work closely with the PAT office and schedulers at ROSE
Previous work experience in surgery scheduling or medical office building preferred.
Day Shift. 40 hours weekly Monday- Friday 8am - 5pm
