Reid Health Supv-Physician Practice 3 in Richmond, Indiana
The Practice Supervisor has the responsibility for providing day to day leadership for the non-clinical staff providing services within the outpatient offices. The Office Supervisor is responsible for the scheduling of office and clerical staff, assuring patient safety & flow of patients.
Interact appropriately and deal effectively with patients and employees of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds
Ownership of patient experience feedback and response for any identified areas of improvement related to office flow and communication
Identifies areas of improvement for office efficiency and throughput
Oversees staff competency for accurate intake and recording of patient information at check in and check out
Tracks and reports office time utilization, no-shows, cancellations and availability for new patients and follow-up appointments
Aggressively works to ensure maximum utilization of daily availability
Owns office growth in relation to new technology such as telehealth platforms
Coordinates staffing between all service line offices for flexible staffing solutions for daily patient needs
Owns standardization of office practices across the service line
Facilitates staff development and empowerment
Education Required: Associates degree in health care, business administration or related field
Education Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in health care, business administration or related field
Experience Required: Two years of physician office coordination or lead experience.
Experience Preferred: Five years of physician office coordination or lead experience along with strong EPIC background.
Day shift. 40 hours weekly. 8:00a-5:00p.
