Responsible for the development and ongoing management of one or more Value Based Care programs that are multi-state, multi-function and multi-year in scope.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Directs the development, planning, prioritization, approval, implementation, and compliance of on-going external facing client programs which require managing activities & resources of multiple departments across all lines of business .

  • Manages external client facing programs that require managing activities and resources of multiple departments of business areas of the organization.

  • Supports business strategies through an integrated portfolio of external client facing programs, projects, and initiatives.

  • Provides support including the analysis, synthesis, and development of complementary programs and initiatives.

  • Develops program needs to support short and long term strategies .

  • Develops communication documents and training criteria related to external client facing program success measures.

  • Develops documentation to support meeting presentations and the tracking and reporting of the program’s success.

  • Requires a BA/BS degree; 10 + years of experience in external client facing program management, project management; complex business processes, strategic and business planning; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

  • MBA preferred.

  • Experience with healthcare quality metrics (i.e. HEDIS) preferred.

  • Experience leading/directing programs/projects across multiple business units preferred.

  • Experience with Value Based Care alternative payment models preferred.

  • Project management certification (PMP) preferred.
