In this role, you’ll be responsible for the proper packing and shipping of home delivery prescriptions for our members to ensure contents arrive safely and on-time. This role is challenging. You’ll need to have strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Ability to work in a fast paced environment is essential as these prescriptions are critical to our members’ health and well-being

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill prescriptions by reviewing approved computer orders and monitoring shipments or completing the actual disbursement

  • Maintain proper inventory and storage of prescriptiondrugs by filling dispensing units and monitoring and adjusting pharmacyequipment

  • Perform cycle counting activities and complete order processing

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)

  • Must possess a current unrestricted State of Indiana Pharmacy Tech license

  • Demonstrated ability in using a computerand Windows PC applications, which includes strong keyboard andnavigation skills and learning new computer programs

  • Ability to work regularly scheduledshifts within our hours of operation 9am - 5:30pm Monday - Fridayincluding the training period, where lunches and breaks are scheduled,with the flexibility to adjust daily schedule, and work over - time and /or weekends, as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of pharmacy / prescription experience

  • Possess national pharmacy technician certification (PTCB)
