As a Supervisor on our Respiratory Therapy team, you will partner with the other care caregivers to provide patient centered care and outstanding service delivered with respect. Your expertise in your field will allow you to advance the patient plan of care to achieve the best possible outcomes

Under the direction of the director/manager you will be empowered with the authority and autonomy necessary to ensure the appropriate clinical and customer satisfaction outcomes as well as efficient and effective team processes.

Your exceptional skills

  • Your experience providing daily, shift-to-shift leadership supporting the operations of the department to include assistance with orientation of new caregivers and/or affiliated students are some of your most vital skills as a Supervisor in Respiratory Therapy.

  • Your dedication to exhibiting excellence in clinical patient care, customer service, critical thinking, schedule management, relationship competencies, organizational skills, and acting as a role model will arm you with the skills necessary to thrive in a highly skilled Respiratory Therapy area.

  • You are able to communicate tactfully and effectively with patients, staff, physicians and visitors.

  • You are able to demonstrate performance consistent with all professional standards of practice and care; mission, vision and policies of the Network

  • You are able to evaluate and provide exceptional care for patients with respiratory insufficiencies. With your dedication to care and expertise of respiratory treatments, you will become a valued member of the Respiratory Therapy team

Your exceptional qualifications

  • You have earned an Associate’s Degree from an accredited respiratory care program.

  • Indiana Respiratory Care Practitioner License

  • You are registered by the NBRC or eligible

  • You have a minimum of two (2) years of Respiratory Therapy experience, supervisor experience preferred, but not required
