This position functions within the Adolescent Psych department at Riley Children's Health. RNs in this department deliver care to emotionally challenged children and adolescents. In this role, you would be cross-trained to work in the Behavioral Assessment Center at Riley Children's Hospital. Nurses in this area are involved in the treatment planning and therapeutic interventions for their patients. Looking for RNs with good boundary setting skills that are comfortable de-escalating situations. If you are skilled at building relationships with patients and their families, we'd love to meet you!
Now considering December graduates. PCA experience in behavioral health is preferred.

Requires current state of Indiana license as Registered Nurse.
Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
