Where you fit in

The Patient Access Supervisor is responsible for managing day to day operations, identifying improvement opportunities, and developing employees. The Supervisor is responsible for making decisions and collaborate with other leaders to ensure successful daily patient access operations. The Supervisor monitors key quality and productivity metrics to ensure long term success in all areas of patient access operations.

  • Must have knowledge of insurance requirements, including current verification and authorization procedures

Your exceptional qualifications

  • Minimum of three years of experience in a healthcare, medical office, customer service or leadership position required

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • One of the following is required Certifications/Licensures: (NAHAM Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) or NAHAM Certified Healthcare Access Manager (CHAM)) within one year from hire or level 3 NThrive Patient Access Certification Exam in lieu of NAHAM certifications

  • This position will require traveling to multiple Community Health Network locations
