Job Location

This nurse practitioner or physician assistant will join Community Health Network, a multi-specialty group with over 1,100 providers in Indianapolis, IN. Indiana also maintains its place as one of the top 5 provider friendly states. Our MedCheck Urgent Care pavilions are currently offering a benefited, weekend only part-time opportunity.

Description & Highlights

Community Health Network is currently seeking a board certified Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine trained advanced practice provider for opportunities to practice Urgent Care in our MedCheck walk-in clinics throughout Indianapolis and central Indiana. Ideal candidates will be flexible and have excellent communication skills. Staffed by on-site physicians, advanced practice providers, and nurses, MedCheck provides affordable medical care for non-emergency adult and child injuries and illnesses. This opportunity is strictly dedicated to weekend shifts.

• Outpatient, weekend only opportunity (this includes Saturday and Sunday requirements)

• Clinics are open from 9:00am – 9:00pm

• Electronic Medical Record System (EPIC)

Experience

Minimum two years of emergency room or urgent care experience as a family nurse practitioner or physician assistant is firmly required. Ability to demonstrate high level of skill in suturing and splinting is also required, as well as a comfort level with pediatrics.

Licensure & Certifications

• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine

• Licensed in Indiana
