Job Location

The Life Skills Clinician position is located at Fairbanks in Indianapolis, Indiana

Job Duties

• Conducts strength-based assessment skills effectively, incorporating communication, listening, and interviewing techniques.

• Develops and reviews treatment plan for assigned clients according to hospital policy and procedures.

Experience

Experience in mental health or social services preferred.

Education

• Bachelor's degree required.

• Mental health field of study preferred.

License

Driver's license required. Within 30 days of employment, must obtain a Chauffeur's license and must have dependable transportation.
