Where you fit in

The Crisis Therapist - Licensed will conduct crisis mental health and substance use evaluations for our patients. Evaluate biopsychosocial status and needs for development of an appropriate treatment/crisis plan.

Your exceptional skills

Diplomacy, tact, patience needed in dealing with those in accurate distress or suffering from serious mental illness

Ability to verbally de-escalate violent/disruptive behavior

Auditory skills to hear reporting by clients of their problems

Your exceptional qualifications

  • Masters Degree from an accredited college or university in mental health related field required

  • 2 + years of experience providing mental health treatment required. Past experience in crisis triage preferred.

  • Valid LCSW, LMHC or LMFT by the State of Indiana required.
