Job LocationThe Licensed Practical Nurse position is located in Indianapolis, Indiana.Job Duties

  • Performs direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and collaborates with the RN on the plan of care

  • Direct patient care can include assisting with medication administration and phlebotomy

  • Indirect care can include order transcription, documentation, and reinforcement of patient and family education

ExperienceLicensed Practical Nurse experience required.EducationGraduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or Graduate from a non-accredited school of practical nursing with three years related professional nursing experience.LicenseValid Indiana LPN license.Skills
