We are now hiring Registered Nurses to visit patients who are in clinical trials for COVID-19 treatments and vaccines, administering IV Infusions, doing wound care, patient education or even spending the day caring for patients in their homes who can't be left alone. Whatever type of nursing excites you at rates between $25-$40 per hour depending on type of services and skill level needed, BrightStar has available to meet your needs!  We are a company that believes in serving with passion and doing the right thing.  Come be a part of a team that truly cares about our patients and each other!  RN Benefits: * Weekly pay with direct deposit * Variety of assignments, procedures, and treatments of your choice * One on one patient care * Clinical Training  * For qualified team members, we offer Health Insurance, 401K, AFLAC, Vacation - PTO * Team Building Events & Outings * Bonus Program * AT&T Wireless Discounts * RN Responsibilities The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing home health clinical services to our patient population.  Depending on your specific skill set and interest, it could involve specializing in IV infusions utilizing PICC's, Ports and PIV's, wound care including wound vacs, lab draws and patient education.  Or it may include getting involved in the many different types of clinical research trials for COVID-19 treatments that require home visits for lab draws, assessments and vitals.  It could also involve long term shifts caring for patients with tracheostomies and G-Tubes or simply providing companionship for patients who can not be left alone. The choice is yours!  Additional duties include: Caring for the individual based on a personalized Plan of Care Informs the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel of changes in the patient's condition and needs Educates patient and family through the care process  Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws Participates in agency performance improvement activities and continuously staying informed about changes in the field of nursing and home health care Job Requirements Current unrestricted RN license in state for which care is being provided.  Must have graduated from a National League of Nursing accredited program.
