Sign-On Bonus for eligible, experienced RN’s!Location This position is located in Fishers, Indiana.Duties The Registered Nurse functions as a member of the physician practice team. This pediatric practice is going through an extensive expansion. Initially, the RN will work in the back office and will assist in the orientation of new medical assistants. The RN will eventually move into a phone Triage RN role once the expansion is complete. Experience Pediatric experience required. Two years or more of nursing experience required. Previous medical office experience and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred.Education Graduate of an ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program, or three years related professional nursing experience. LicenseCurrent Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license required.Skills Excellent communication skills; excellent team skills; compassionate and caring; accountable; self-directed; flexibility. Able to prioritize medial emergency phone calls, explain lab/test results, and communicate effectively within the patients level of understanding.
