Where you fit in

The Home Care Registered Nurse is responsible for case management of a group of home health care clients, providing direct nursing care, and coordinating and supervising other disciplines involved to promote positive health outcomes and quality services to patients. Responsible for providing skilled care to assigned patient according to the plan of care established by the patient’s physician. Practices within the scope of nursing as defined by the Nurse Practice Act.

Your exceptional qualifications

Graduate of an Accreditation Commission of Education in Nursing or National League for Nursing or Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education accredited school of nursing, or 3 years related professional nursing experience.Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.

One year nursing experience required.

Home care/hospice experience preferred.

Must have a current Indiana RN license.

CPR certified
