We have exciting nursing opportunities available in the Multispecialty Ortho Unit at IU Saxony Hospital in Fishers, IN!

This 24 bed multispecialty unit is committed to providing the best, high quality, compassionate care to medical and surgical patients. We have a strong focus on hip and knee joint replacements and are proud to be a part of the Indiana University Health Hip and Knee Destination Center. We also care for a wide variety of medical and general surgery patients. Our nurses thrive in a fantastic work environment focused on multi-disciplinary team engagement. We pride ourselves on strong patient experience scores and quality outcomes. We are a great unit to build a strong nursing foundation and critical thinking while working with an excellent team.

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Requires an Associate of Nursing (ASN); Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) preferred.

  • Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.

  • Requires current state of Indiana license as a Registered Nurse.

  • Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.

  • Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
