Ascension Health Physician, Pediatric Pulmonologist in Evansville, Indiana

We Are Hiring

Peyton Manning Children's Hospital at Ascension St. Vincent on-site at The Center for Children is seeking a BE/BC Pediatric Pulmonologist to build a program within the Center for Children, a multidisciplinary regional referral center for outpatient clinical care. The Center for Children is predominately an outpatient practice but does provide inpatient consultations for our collegial pediatric hospitalist, intensivists and neonatologists. Candidate will have the opportunity to work with our pediatric intensive care team and/or allergy. Sleep Medicine is available.

What You Will Do

  • Established Pediatric Subspecialty Clinic representing 10 specialties

  • 20 bed Pediatric Inpatient Unit with Pediatric Hospitalists; 6 bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit with Pediatric Intensivists

  • Level III NICU with 5 Neonatologists

  • Behavioral based outpatient feeding clinic

  • No call - inpatient consultations only

What You Will Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Indiana Medical Licensing Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

  • Advanced Life Support credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) preferred.

Education:

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Optometry (OD) or Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) required.
