Aerotek Patient Registration in Bloomington, Indiana
The patient registration representative will complete the following job duties:
Provide quality customer service to current or future patients that have been scheduled for appointments.
Update the following patient information within their internal database; patient name, demographic information, medical history, date of birth, etc.
Verify patient insurance information and update it in the system.
Work within Cerner to enter in all of the patients personal information.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
One or more years of customer service. This can be face to face customer service.
Experience working within Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
Data entry experience.
