Brooke Knoll Village, a skilled nursing facility in Avon, IN, is seeking Registered Nurses to work in the Respiratory Care Department. Ensuring our residents receive top-notch respiratory care is crucial to maintaining the health and wellness of our residents with chronic respiratory illnesses and to those experiencing acute illnesses.

As a team member of the Respiratory Care Department, the Registered Nurse will focus his/her efforts on conducting thorough respiratory assessments, administering respiratory treatments, including nebulizers and inhalers, providing tracheostomy care. This role will work collaboratively with the entirety of the Nursing Team.

Responsibilities and Duties

Brooke Knoll Village is seeking RNs who want to have a passion for respiratory care and managing those with chronic respiratory illnesses. Candidates who can perform the following need apply:

  • Expertise in administering oxygen therapy

  • Manage residents with complex respiratory issues

  • Sterile suctioning

  • Tracheostomy care

  • Managing airways

  • Administering breathing treatments

  • Conduct complex respiratory assessments

Qualifications and Skills

  • Is a graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.

  • Is currently licensed by the State of Indiana as a RN or LPN.

  • Is experienced or trained in nursing services administration, rehabilitation or geriatric nursing.
