Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science or related fieldThe Health Promotions Coordinator is responsible for provision of the wellness program(s) provided to patients, residents and clients in the center and community. Performs restorative functions with residents under the clinical supervision of the designated licensed nurse. Assists in the provision of quality, resident care activities under the supervision of the Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist. Under supervision completes assigned non-skilled activities.
