Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Palliative Care team at Community Hospital Anderson in Anderson, IN.

  • Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm; Hours may vary based on patient volume/needs

  • After-hour call rotation will begin after 1 year of employment

  • This provider will work autonomously and collaboratively with a physician in our Anderson Region to deliver palliative and health care services to patients.

  • Blend of patient care settings including outpatient Cancer Centers and inpatient hospital coverage

  • Flexibility to travel between hospitals in Indianapolis will be incorporated as needed

  • 1-3 years’ Experience as a licensed Nurse Practitioner in Palliative Care is strongly preferred

  • New graduates with experience in Palliative Care will be considered

  • Must be comfortable assessing patients independently

  • Ideal candidates will be a compassionate caregiver with excellent organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.

  • Ideal candidates will possess exquisite interpersonal and group dynamic skills, as well as proven skills as a consultant/educator to friends, families, and loved ones. Must have a passion for providing care to the Anderson community.

Licensure & Certifications

Educational background consistent with requirements for licensure and certification within the state of Indiana
