Community Physician Network is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Palliative Care team at Community Hospital Anderson in Anderson, IN.
Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm; Hours may vary based on patient volume/needs
After-hour call rotation will begin after 1 year of employment
This provider will work autonomously and collaboratively with a physician in our Anderson Region to deliver palliative and health care services to patients.
Blend of patient care settings including outpatient Cancer Centers and inpatient hospital coverage
Flexibility to travel between hospitals in Indianapolis will be incorporated as needed
Competitive compensation and benefits package
1-3 years’ Experience as a licensed Nurse Practitioner in Palliative Care is strongly preferred
New graduates with experience in Palliative Care will be considered
Must be comfortable assessing patients independently
Ideal candidates will be a compassionate caregiver with excellent organizational, communication, and critical thinking skills.
Ideal candidates will possess exquisite interpersonal and group dynamic skills, as well as proven skills as a consultant/educator to friends, families, and loved ones. Must have a passion for providing care to the Anderson community.
